A Motivational Traits and Influencing Language Analysis is conducted for your ideal client or customer. The influencing language is compared  to current or proposed written, oral/verbal, and visual marketing material. Recommendations are made on how best to use and incorporate the influencing language in marketing materials to match your ideal client’s needs. The report can also be used to analyze store layouts, product placements, colour schemes, logos, visual images and much more.

Hiring/Selecting Job Candidates

Making the wrong choice in hiring an employee can be a costly and damaging business decision. LAB Profile techniques can be used to reduce the risk of hiring the wrong person for the job.

Process

A LAB profile of the position is developed by interviewing appropriate managers and supervisors. The agreed profile becomes part of the hiring process evaluation.

(Note: A LAB profile should never be used as the sole basis for employee hiring or termination.)

Candidates are given a LAB profile interview. The results of the interviews are analyzed and a report is provided to management on how the candidates align with the agreed position profile. Because the agreed profile is of an ideal candidate it is unlikely that any candidate will match it completely. Therefore, based on the variances from the ideal candidate profile the report will also make recommendations on what the candidate and business would need if that candidate were hired.

Employee Counseling

Often employees are labeled as a problem but there is no clear identification of the real nature of the problem. The most common description is that they simply don’t fit. However terminating problem employees can be costly and difficult. LAB profile analysis can help a business identify the precise nature of an employees’ problematic behaviour and suggest measures that a business can take to help rectify the situation. These measures could be the difference between retaining a loyal, motivated, and productive employee versus letting go a disgruntled individual. The impact on the business can be enormous.

Group members are interviewed and a LAB profile is developed for each one. A matrix of the group members or potential members profile preferences is presented against the ideal group. The group composition can be adjusted and potential group dynamic problems can be identified and changes made.
